This job board was Founded in June 2021 and is a collaboration between Pattie Gonia (she/they) and Red Fong (they/them). It was created to help queer people find opportunities in the environmental and outdoor industries.
What began as a grassroots idea has grown into a thriving community connecting queer talent with inclusive employers.
